Founded in 1495, Loughborough Grammar School is one of the oldest schools in Britain, educating boys aged 10 to 18, including 70 boarders where boys are encouraged to be curious and think for themselves. The facilities and playing fields at the school are outstanding, fostering a strong family atmosphere that caters to both weekly and termly boarders, as well as day students. Academic performance is consistently impressive, with 99% of students progressing to university, many of whom gain admission to Oxbridge. Music and drama programs receive robust support, and a diverse array of sports, clubs, societies, and activities are available, including the CCF, Scouts, and DofE.
