My first encounter with AA can be traced back to the 1997 Top Schools Event, where I was first introduced to life in the UK. I remember feeling quite jittery about the idea of studying abroad, but with AA's unfaltering support, I overcame my fears and settled successfully into Charterhouse.
Studying in the UK broadened my horizons in numerous ways. Most significantly, it fostered independent thinking and offered me the space to explore my interests and forge my own personality. Looking back, what truly set me apart was the prowess in communication and the foresight I developed during those years. This experience transformed me into a resilient individual with the conviction and dedication required to excel in the professional world.
I am deeply indebted to AA for every aspect of my personal and academic development; my journey would not have been nearly so eventful had I not crossed paths with them 28 years ago. As we commemorate this 45th anniversary, I congratulate AA on their success in realizing the dreams of so many Hong Kong students. I wish AA all the very best in every future endeavor!
