In the pivotal summer of my fourth secondary year, I attended an interview for Abingdon School under AA's thoughtful guidance. As a birdwatching fanatic since a young age, I presented a portfolio of my photography after my AA counselors suggested I share this passion with the interviewers. It was a fateful decision that truly resonated with the school.
More than two decades later, I still see that moment as a turning point. AA saw potential in a humble student, transforming my interests into a compelling narrative that opened doors to the UK’s best institutes, eventually landing me at Cambridge to study Natural Sciences.
AA’s true value lies in seeing students not as transcripts, but as individuals with unique stories. In an era of rankings and grades, they focus on cultivating enduring values like intellectual curiosity and self-awareness. Their counselors don't just strategize applications; they help students find their unique niche in the world. I conclude with a toast to AA for continuing to light paths and expand horizons for generations to come!
